Orientale – Three open kitchens meet the open air where diverse flavors of Asian cuisine-including Chinese, Indian, and Japanese-are crafted each night. At the Indian and Pakistani grill, delectable curries and biryanis are accompanied by fresh naan and chapati from the traditional tandoor. The Japanese bar offers tantalizing sushi and sashimi as well as charcoal-grilled yakitori elevated by an extensive collection of renowned sakes.

The Whale Bar – Magic at sunset, the overwater Whale Bar prepares fresh tapas and delicious cocktails, including the signature Island Mary-the resort’s take on a Bloody Mary-under the canopy of a pyrography mural.
