The beach is very nice most of the way around the island and particularly good on the west side, where the Reethi Villas are and at the southern end, where the Deluxe Villas are. At the other end is a bulge of sand behind the Water Villas. This is a bonus, especially as there are loungers with umbrellas and a hut bar open all day.
Facilities include a PADI 5-star dive centre; a Spa and wellness retreat; Water Sports Centre; Sports Complex and a wide variety of group and private excursions have been carefully selected to enable you to explore the untouched beauty of Baa Atoll and the rich culture of its inhabitants.

The elegant and spacious detached and semi-detached villas are built from natural materials in typical Maldivian-style, providing first class comfort in a unique setting. Rooms are air-conditioned and set amid tropical foliage fringing a long expanse of powder soft beach or on stilts over the clear blue lagoon.
Reethi Sunrise Villas (47 m2) – these semi detached beach-front villas are located on the sunrise side of the island, set amid tropical vegetation and just a few steps from the beautiful beach as well as the Dive Center, Spa and the Main Restaurant, part open-air bathroom with shower, terrace and deck-chairs, sun loungers (with mattress) on the beach.

Restaurants & Bars in Reethi Beach Resort Maldives
There is a main buffet restaurant, coffee shop over the spectacular lagoon, choice of bars and speciality restaurants. Squash, tennis, badminton, tropical spa, airconditioned fitness centre (all payable locally) and swimming pool. Catamaran sailing, canoeing, parasailing, kitesurfing, waterskiing, glass bottom boat and diving school (all payable locally) are available. There is also occasional evening entertainment.
The Rehendhi – With views over the garden and the sea, our main restaurant serves buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Especially the dinner is a spectacular affair, with a new ‘theme’ every night of the week, on a fortnightly menu rotation. Special dietary requirements are accommodated upon request; Vegetarian and ‘healthy dining’ options are always available.
Moodhu Bar & Restaurant – Sipping coffee or enjoying your favorite cocktail while watching fish swimming below the surface, having fresh gateaux or canapes is an appealing thought. Located on stilts over the lagoon, this restaurant and coffee shop offers a romantic atmosphere in a convenient yet secluded setting. Open daily for A la Carte meals ranging from sandwiches, lobster dishes, western and eastern cuisine, and a broad range of beverages including wines, beers, cocktails, and soft drinks.
Reethi Grill – Spend an evening in the fresh air, gazing at the sky. It’s time for a seaside meal with a real ‘grill taste’ and an authentic ‘live cooking’ experience that create a new dimension of fusion cuisine with grill, tandoori and wood-fired pizza oven specialties. A great dining experience set under the conpy’s directly on the beach or under the starlight. Enjoy fine dining while listening to the ocean waves tumbling on the shore.
Saima Garden – With only five tables, this private and charming boutique-style restaurant is located close to the beach, surrounded by lush vegetation. Elegant service and excellent Maldivian and international dishes are served at this venue. Anyone celebrating their anniversary, birthday, or other special occasions will find this restaurant to be a wonderful choice.
Alifaan Restaurant – An extremely popular and relaxed daytime location near the poolside, serving a wide variety of snack favorites such as burgers, pizzas, wraps, and salads. Healthy drinks to recharge after a workout are available as well.
Rasgefaanu Main Bar – The Main Bar serves a variety of cocktails as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A calm open-air deck near the beach, shaded by coconut palms; a semi-enclosed bar with occasional evening entertainment and a games area with billiards, table tennis and a range of board games are available to our guests. Presentations by Ocean Fanatics, DJ nights as well as Bodu Beru (traditional Maldivian drum dance) are only a few of the entertainments on offer.
Sunset Beach Bar – This lively bar is located on the islands’ south-west tip and is not only the best place to watch the beautiful sunsets, but always worth a quick stop to refrech during the day. And as one sunset is never as beautiful as the other, you can witness the full beauty and magic during this time of the day. Definately the place to be on our island!
Handhuvaru Bar – Located near the Water Villas on the north end of the island, this gathering spot has a real ‘jungle feel’ to it. This bar is particularly popular with our Water Villa guests and is always worth a daytime visit to unwind and have a chat with the barkeeper.
Veyo Bar – Located by the pool, close to the Sports Complex and a beautiful stretch of beach. If you’re looking for cool cocktails, beer or mocktails, the Veyo Bar offers a wide range from fruit juices to non-alcoholic beverages to ice cream and everything in between.

Reethi Beach Resort is located in the north-east of Baa Atoll on tiny Fonimagoodhoo Island measuring just 600m by 200m. Only 15% of the land area is built upon and the resort is nestled amidst lush vegetation shaded by graceful palm trees and surrounded by a white sandy beach and a lagoon of crystal clear water, with a beautiful house reef just 30m to 100m from shore.
