Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do we need to pre-book our dining destination? Yes, please reserve as early as possible, we expect our dining venues to be jammed as
we run at full capacity. At each venue, we have a maximum capacity we can operate. Once we reach that number, we will no longer
accept guests. As we have a wide range of dining venues, please make your choice and book as soon as you can.
2. If I am on a meal plan, do I still have to pay the prices indicated near each special dinner? If you are on a meal plan, (Half Board,
Full Board or All Inclusive) you can join any of the events without a supplement; except the Christmas Eve and New Years Eve Gala
Dinners. For those two, the supplement shall apply. The prices indicated for each dinner, is meant to inform our guests who are not on a
meal plan. Alternatively, if you prefer to skip the Gala Dinner, we have other restaurants that will remain open, where you can use your
meal plan without a supplement.
3. What is your kids meal policy? In all our restaurants and special events, kids can eat free from kids menu. 50% discount is offered when
ordering from adults menu. Kids below 6 years can eat free from the buffets and those 6 to 17.99 will get 50% discount on our buffet prices
including Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve Gala Dinners.
4. What does “**” indicated on the Christmas Eve & New Years Eve Gala Dinner implies? There will be an additional charge of USD90++
per adult for those who are on a meal plan. Kids below 6 years can eat free, and those 6 to 17.99 will get 50% discount on our Christmas
Eve & New Year’s Eve Gala Dinners. All other events and special dinners during festive period are included in our meal plan, therefore
there will not be supplementary charges. (Half Board, Full Board and All Inclusive Packages).
5. Where and when can I make my reservations? Reservations can be made now through our festive reservations desk, however through
e-mail is most ideal. If you prefer to reserve once you are on the island, you can place your reservation through our Reception. However,
please be advised that by the time you arrive on the Island, the possibility is high that some of the dining venues are fully booked already,
therefore we highly encourage you to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
6. What can I expect from the NYE Gala Dinner? The NYE Gala is a lavish buffet dinner and will be located on our main beachfront and it
will be followed through with our Countdown Party at our signature Marquee. There will be an award wining DJ (DJ April) who will play a
variety of best party tunes all night long. We will subsequently transition to our in-house DJ for the after party. Please be advised that
pre-payment is required for this night at the time of booking.
7. Please make sure to review our Champagne Vault Menu. If you purchase your bottles in advance prior to your arrival onto the hotel,
you will get 20% discount on our listed menu. We will mark the bottle with your name and you may collect it from our Champagne Vault
upon arrival.
